Static Screen Wastewater Description

The static screen has a built-in screen. The screen consists of a horizontal bar with a special profile and is made of Aisi 304 or 316 quality stainless steel.
The water is distributed in the upper part of the filter screen, and its inclination on the horizontal surface gradually decreases from top to bottom. The effect of solid matter separation and dripping is obtained sequentially.

This is a wedge wire bending screen, used in the physical processing unit of a static screening treatment plant. The static sieve has no driving mechanism. And it does not require energy.

Static Screen Wastewater Works

Used for Dissolved air flotation as a core product, static screen as a pretreatment before  Dissolved air flotation . These screens facilitate a consistent flow and reduce the amount
of suspended solids going to the DAF unit.

The static sieve equipment we produce is manufactured from stainless sieve bars called wedge wire slots. The chassis of the equipment is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel or epoxy paint protected carbon steel.
Sieve opening is projected between 500 microns and 2 mm.Inlet and outlet are manufactured with flanges, thus facilitating installation.
